Pete is available tomorrow, but if John can help out today, that'd be great. Sorry,..I only cloned this BZ, so I'm unfamiliar with the issue. Perhaps Harpreet can assist? Verified in 5.5.2.2, I created a couple of fields without display name and it worked. I saw this issue in an earlier version so I can say it is rectified now. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
