Describe the issue: 
Doc [1] makes reference to all three of the variables you can use when making a PVC. [0] describes PVC and includes examples but only makes use of 2/3 of the variables. 

Suggestions for improvement: 
The only place to find the `volumeName` variable is in [1] when it should also be found in [0].

Defining pvc.Spec.VolumeName does not guarantee PVC get bound to PV.

Brennan,
Thanks for your patience on this BZ.  I think https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/1907 is on the brink of merge (just a small nit to fix), but https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/1910 needs to be closed and a new one open that targets branch 'master'.  WDYT?
