The behavior described by this bug looks very similar to bug 1323076. It was delivered in the beta; therefore, it is possible that this is a different scenario. I just tried this out on my Satellite 6.2 environment (snap 13) and I am not seeing any 'RoutingError' messages. I am going to move it to ON_QA to have QE perform official verification.
