Description of problem:
It is not possible to migrate data in local storage to shared storage or back. In order to make it possible to optimize where VMs, ISOs, and other things are stored, it needs to be possible to move them around.

This is especially useful for those "growing" single host setups into full oVirt clusters.

This bug is dependent on bug 1337554.

Actually, implementing bug 1302185, in conjunction with the ability to detach and attach data domains (introduced in 3.5) is sufficient to solve this issue. Closing as a duplicate.
