Tested and verified this on the build 3.8.4-x (x:1-5)

Have seen the below mentioned EC events multiple times during my testing on a disperse volume.
* EC_MIN_BRICKS_UP
* EC_MIN_BRICKS_NOT_UP

Will raise a separate BZ if I see any specific issues. Moving this blanket BZ to verified.
