_Implementing_ resource management, i.e. this bug, should be done in OSP11. _Documenting_ how to do it with OSPd via a post-deploy script is agreed on w/ Sean Cohen for OSP10 and the documentation will be tracked in bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1368241. There are several other upstream reviews covering related work. I'm listing them here to avoid cluttering the "external trackers" for the changes associated with deriving HCI parameters.
