Hilda, Looks like we need to check whether Timelines button under Monitoring button group should be enabled or disabled, similar to https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/master/app/helpers/application_helper/toolbar/ems_infra_center.rb#L86 Let me know if you have questions.
