With this enhancement, you can configure Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) to use an external, pre-existing Ceph RadosGW cluster. You can manage this cluster externally as an object-store for RHOSP guests.

Description of problem:

Have a customers with an existing Ceph deployment that includes RADOS gateway.  Customers wants to configure object store, through OSP Director, to use the existing RADOS gateway and disable irrelevant swift services. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OSP 10

How reproducible:
100%

Actual results:
No existing pattern or instructions for connecting to an existing external RADOS gateway.  

Expected results:
OSP Director integration described above.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-11.3.2-0.20200131125640.cc909b6.el8ost.  This build is available now.

Moved to 16.1 because some param name changes were firstly introduced post-train [1] but later backported in train too [2]; we'll test the functionality using the new parameter names directly
