Description of problem: external-swift-proxy-baremetal-puppet.yaml calls conditions that do not exist, causing deploy to fail Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-11.3.2-0.20200405044625.ec9970c.el8ost.noarch How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add ${THT}/environments/swift-external.yaml to openstack overcloud deploy 2. Add ExternalSwift* params 3. Deploy overcloud Actual results: Deploy/Update fails with ERROR: resources.ControllerServiceChain<https://172.16.0.2:13808/v1/AUTH_10d788720d7d42ab973599ccefd60134/osp16/common/services/controller-role.yaml>.resources.ServiceChain<nested_stack>.resources.51<https://172.16.0.2:13808/v1/AUTH_10d788720d7d42ab973599ccefd60134/osp16/deployment/swift/external-swift-proxy-baremetal-puppet.yaml>.outputs.role_data.value.keystone_resources.swift.endpoints.public.if: : Invalid condition "deprecated_external_public_url" Expected results: Deploy succeeds Additional info: It looks like this [0] change was partially implemented in this version of the template [0] https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/commit/415d4de0884a691a01f14e7954aadc203e033a8b
The upstream version works so we need to ensure the downstream gets that version. The current version downstream doesn't have the conditions.
It should be noted that environments/swift-external.yaml needs to be updated with the correct variables
