Description of problem: publishing incremental content-view the errata RHSA-2017:1679, relevant pkg's are not showing in the content view.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):6.2.11


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Satellite 6.2.11
2.content-view version list --organization-id=1
3.erratum list -->> Select errata-id which need to be added to content-view.
4.command to publish incremental -->>#hammer content-view version incremental-update --errata-ids RHSA-2017:2473 --resolve-dependencies true  --lifecycle-environments Library --content-view-version-id=26 --organization-id=1


Actual results: not able to see packages of relevant errata in the incremental published content-view.


Expected results: packages should be visible in published content-view version Packages Tab.


Additional info: Tried reproducing in my test environment (satellite 6.2.11), Able to see ERRATA in published content-view version Errata tab, but unable to see packages in the same content-view.

Verified in Satellite 6.2.12 Snap 6.

1. Created a content view and added a number of rhel 7 server repos.
2. Created a filter removing errata older than 1 Jan 2017.
3. Published the content view
4. Incrementally updated the content view with a filtered out errata.

The packages included in the errata are available in the content view.

Additionally, tested using custom errata with steps outlined in [1]. The incremental update and errata installation went smooth. See additional screenshots for verification.
