relevant part of evm.log
Please upload the whole log. The part provided is not enough to understand what happened. I attempted to verify with following steps: 1. Login to admin portal 2. create a vm (with disk and network) 3. start that vm 4. check the status in manageiq Result: Vm was in `UP` state as expected. I tested with latest manageiq (master) and a week old engine (master). Please provide complete logs or steps how to reproduce it. Created attachment 1347315 [details]
full evm.log
Here is the full log. I was able to reproduce it again, following the step given in description - 1. create vm in RHV admin portal, run it. 2. Go to cfme "Virtual Machines" 3. Find the vm, see detail, try to refresh. 4. VM shows still state "unknown"
When I got to work today, I found out that the VM I created yesterday was in CFME already reported as "UP" along with all other information, but the time it must had taken is too long.
I checked the env you told me to and I see that you faced the issue solved bu BZ #1501162. I would mark this as duplicate. After discussion with Piotr Kliczewski marking as duplicate of BZ #1501162. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1501162 *** |
