The rtd theme tries to copy a couple of fonts that aren't installed. The symlinks to them exist, but are broken:

/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sphinx_rtd_theme/static/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.svg
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sphinx_rtd_theme/static/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff

This is a bug in the fontawesome-fonts package. fontawesome-fonts is in RHEL (not EPEL) so I cannot do much about it.

This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.

I haven't encountered the problem in ... years :) So I am fairly sure it is fixed.
