Doc Text:	Previously, the resource "Replication Controller Dummy" could appear in the types in the Other Resources page of the web console. This type would cause an error when it was selected. Description of problem:

On the console, under Resources/other resources in the list I have "replication controller dummy"...

"Unknown resource: replicationcontrollerdummies/extensions/v1beta1"

The platform it's an upgrade from 3.7.23 to 3.9.27.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy a cluster of OCP with latest version
2.Check the Resources tab and select other resources and later select replicationcontrollerdummies


Actual results:
"Unknown resource: replicationcontrollerdummies/extensions/v1beta1"

Expected results:
No error should be should if the resource(object is empty)

The latest bump e5d692e for 3.9.31-1 doesn't include the PR 3016, need a new build

Ignore my comment 5, it was added wrongly.

Just verified the fix on OpenShift Web Console: v3.9.31, replicationcontrollerdummies is removed from other resource list, so no more errors
