The latest bump e5d692e for 3.9.31-1 doesn't include the PR 3016, need a new build
Ignore my comment 5, it was added wrongly. Just verified the fix on OpenShift Web Console: v3.9.31, replicationcontrollerdummies is removed from other resource list, so no more errors
