Description of problem:

After modular X upgrade X can not start because it's not finding fixed

Adding /usr/share/X11/fonts/misc, 

(*not*  /usr/share/X11/fonts/misc:unscaled) 

to the catalog in /etc/X11/fs/config fixxed this problem for me
