Description of problem:
scim-m17n does not explicitly sepecify m17n-db as a result it does not get
install during the installation of scim-m17n

scim-m17n-0.1.4-2.fc4

1.rpm -Uvh scim-m17n-0.1.4-2.fc4.*

This should be fixed in m17n-lib in Extras CVS from the initial import.
[scim-m17n deps on m17n-lib, which now explicitly requires m17n-db.]
