We will have to determine where the required 'red-star-asterisk' should go. The Routing Label component is a multi-lined editor. Routing Labels is marked as required by red-star mark. Verified on 4.5.0-0.ci-2020-03-04-223611 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
