Description of problem:
Pod Inventory row cannot shows the correct amount of all Pods	

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3.0-0.nightly-2020-03-06-003558

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install ipi on baremetal cluster
2. Go to Compute -> Bare Metal Hosts->Click to master host and then click at the "Dashboard"
3. check the pod num in the Inventory card
4. click the pod link	

Actual results:
3. The mount of pod running on the master cannot be loaded.
4. It will brings to 404 page

Expected results:
3. The mount of pod should display well
4. The link url should be k8s/cluster/nodes/master-0/pods instead of k8s/cluster/nodes/pods

Unfortunately there was no capacity this sprint to do this. Moving to upcoming.

I believe this was already fixed by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1827490 . Can you please verify ?

Compute -> Bare Metal Hosts -> click on one master node -> on Bare Metal Host Overview page, click on Pods number and it redirect user to k8s/cluster/nodes/master-0-0/pods
