Can you grab http://people.redhat.com/~katzj/yum-2.6.0-2.noarch.rpm and see if it helps? You may need to set the proxy in /etc/yum.conf also. *** Bug 188699 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I tried with http://people.redhat.com/~katzj/yum-2.6.0-2.noarch.rpm and also set the proxy in /etc/yum.conf as given in the docs. But still the same problem. Doing a netstat shows that pirut/pup is directly trying to access redhat.com. Aha, I see what's going on. Marking a dupe of the main bug I'm going to use for tracking this so that I don't have to juggle a few of these *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 185309 *** Moving component to pirut. Sorry for the spam. |
