As a part of BZ1853906, BZ1925025 and BZ1924823 we have add the option to reboot a host after adding a new host, reinstalling existing host and approving a host. This new option should be added into the following chapter:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.4/html/administration_guide/sect-host_tasks#Host_General_Settings
There should also be added a note that, rebooting a host after host deploy is turned on by default, but rebooting a host after host deploy is really required for below use cases:
1. Changing kernel command line parameters of the host
2. Changing firewall type of the cluster
For other usecases is recommended to reboot a host after host deploy, but of course administrator can turn it off
Pushing to backlog. I removed the target release. @aspauldi please review and let us know which release we should target. Otherwise, we'll review during backlog refinement and prioritize by PM score. thanks
