Ability to reboot the host after installation or reinstallation will help in several flows: 1. When specifying new kernel parameters 2. When switching from iptables to firewalld (BZ1843882) Host reboot will be enabled by default, but administrator can disable reboot manually (the same behavior as in host upgrade)
Verified on ovirt-engine-4.4.5-0.11.el8ev.noarch Although I opened another bug 1917821 as with reboot the host is never moved to state Rebooting and when adding it is actually moved to Non Operational. However the actual act of reboot is executed (isn't if unmarked) and this IMO is enough to verify this RFE.
