[RFE] Customize 'oVirt Inventory Dashboard' to include cluster wide information about 'CPUs Overcommit' and 'Running VMs - CPU Cores vs. Total Hosts-CPU Cores'
Previously, the Inventory dashboard showed CPU overcommit rates for each data center.
In this release, CPU overcommit rates are available in the Inventory dashboard for each cluster as well.

Description of problem:
'oVirt Inventory Dashboard/Inventory Dashboard' does not show cluster wide information about 'CPUs Overcommit' and 'Running VMs - CPU Cores vs. Total Hosts-CPU Cores'. It only shows the data for data-center.

oVirt Inventory Dashboards / 01 Inventory Dashboard has new panels "CPU Usage and Overcommit (IN01-6)" and "Memory Usage and Overcommit (IN01-7)"
which are customized to show data for each cluster.
