Description of problem: 'oVirt Inventory Dashboard/Inventory Dashboard' does not show cluster wide information about 'CPUs Overcommit' and 'Running VMs - CPU Cores vs. Total Hosts-CPU Cores'. It only shows the data for data-center. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHV-4.4.7
Verified in ovirt-engine-4.4.9.3-0.3.el8ev.noarch ovirt-engine-dwh-4.4.9.1-1.el8ev.noarch oVirt Inventory Dashboards / 01 Inventory Dashboard has new panels "CPU Usage and Overcommit (IN01-6)" and "Memory Usage and Overcommit (IN01-7)" which are customized to show data for each cluster.
