The inventory dashboard changed in bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1992690

We need to change his description for both upstream and downstream:

under 23.1.3. Grafana dashboards -> Inventory dashboards -> Inventory dashboard:

update the description to:
number of hosts, virtual machines, and running virtual machines, resources usage and over-commit rates for selected data centers and clusters, according to the latest configurations.
