Description of the problem:

When an application is created and deployed under a managed cluster, it's showing up Application -> Overview page. 

Release version:

Issue was found on v2.4.1 RC1 and RC2.

OCP version:

4.6.46 (RC1) and 4.8.21 (RC2) 

Browser Info:

MacOS

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an app and deploy in any managed cluster
2. Wait for the app to deploy and the topology page to load
3. On a different tab, open the Application page -> Overview
4. The newly created app is not in the table but it should be

Actual results:

The newly created app is not on the Overview table

Expected results:

The newly created app is on the Overview table

Additional info:

search pods (search-operator-XXX and search-redisgraph-0) have been restarted which fixes the issues temporarily. But the issue comes back after some time. Backend also shows the appp has been deployed.

This problem seem to be similar to a internal bug , which will be fixed in 2.4.2 . Same as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2030005

The patch is working as expected

I have tried to deploy and delete apps in these envs: ocp4-az-01 and ocp4-acm24-aws-02 . The apps when installed show up in the overview table. The apps that are deleted, get removed from the overview table.

The application when deployed is also showing all the information in the topology page.
