- The original issue (BZ 2032537 and BZ 2030005) was reported on ACM 2.4.1
- There's a hot fix that needs to be applied on top of 2.4.1 (https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2021:5198)
- A permanent fix will get released with 2.4.2

To confirm that the cluster is affected by this bug, you can check the logs for the search-collector-*** pod. You should see that it's stuck in an error loop. As a quick workaround you can restart the search-collector pod, but the problem may re-appear. For a permanent solution you need the hot fix or 2.4.2
