Cause: Some performance improvement releases with 4.9.26 break the import page.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 2064454 *** This is not a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2064454, we should validate this fix on a cluster / release. Here is also a follow-up issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2073437, so that we can fix this issue in a more generic way. Verified on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2022-04-08-094600 Import flow works fine. Showing 100 deployments in topology works also fine. Verified this now also on the release 4.9.28 *** Bug 2074074 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory (OpenShift Container Platform 4.9.31 bug fix update), and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2022:1605 @jakumar, Need you help regarding this issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDEVDOCS-4274. As per the issue, we need to document 2 bug-fixes: This one (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2069621) and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2069258. Considering the fact that the bug id=2069621 is already published with 4.9 release: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.9/release_notes/ocp-4-9-release-notes.html#ocp-4-9-31-bug-fixes, Do you suggest any changes in the published content or should we leave it as is? If you suggest no change in the existing content for bug id=2069621, i would only document the other bug, that is, id=2069258 for this issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDEVDOCS-4274.
