Rather than branching and building vim-syntastic (which has numerous explicit dependencies, and is officially deprecated), how about focusing on vim-ale instead? It provides similar functionality, is currently maintained, works with vim and neovim, and has no explicit dependencies beyond vim and neovim themselves. Sorry for the late response on this. |
