Description of problem:
There is no build of python-oletools for RHEL 9. Please branch and build python-oletools for EPEL 9.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.56.2-8

Additional info:
The current rawhide branch of this package builds successfully against `epel9`.

As mentioned in bug #2120093 comment #1, I'm not really keen on this, but here because upstream keeps adding new Python run-time dependencies, which need to be packaged and have (partially) dependency trees on their own.

Are you maybe interested in becoming a co-maintainer and working on it in the future?
