qwt-qt5-devel in EPEL9 does not have qwt_polar.h -- presumably because it is too old(?).

Trying a build with WITH_INTERNAL_QWTPOLAR:BOOL=TRUE in https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=121346350

Jonathan, if you still want to maintain QGIS in EPEL 9, could you request the branch please so I can send a PR?

Absolutely.

I'd run into the qwtpolar issue and was trying to find a way around using the internal one, but I'm fine with just going with it that way.

A branch for epel9 already exists.
