Instead of a simple Conflicts: tag, it should both Obsoletes: and Provides: gnome-sudoku. That way it will be a transparent upgrade from gnome-sudoku in FE6 to that in gnome-games in FC7+. (Also, we should file a bug against gnome-sudoku to mark that as dead in devel for this reason.)
