Confirmed here - but on fc6 /dev/fuse is rw by group fuse - fails with Operation not permitted. lsmod shows module is loaded fine. fuse-libs-2.6.0-1.fc6 fuse-encfs-1.3.1-3.fc6 fuse-sshfs-1.7.2.fc6 fuse-2.6.0-1.fc6 kernel-2.6.18-1.2849.fc6 I think this bug is fixed by chmod 4755 /usr/bin/fusermount I'm not sure it is the same bug though. For me, the problem was that sshfs gave me this error message and would not work. That problem is fixed by this change. |
