Would it possible to also package gr-funcube for EPEL(9)?

It seems the build root is currently broken, thus I cannot build it:
> nothing provides python3.9dist(numpy) >= 1.22 needed by python3-pyqtgraph-0.13.7-3.el9.noarch from build

Hmm, it seems RHEL-9 has numpy-1.20.1-5.el9, but  python3-pyqtgraph needs >= 1.22. Unfortunately, I don't know how to resolve it, other than the RHEL-9 rebase, which is very unlikely.

Maybe, downgrade python-pyqtgraph or patch it to work with numpy-1.20? Unfortunately, it's all out of my control. python3-pyqtgraph is necessary for gnuradio, otherwise the gnuradio-companion functionality is very limited.
