The installer shows a proposed partition layout following installation. It says sda1 "format as efi" but it's ambiguous whether this partition will be reformatted efi and thus leading to data loss on the partition or if the installer intends to use it as is, and share the space, touching nothing else.

Reproducible: Always

Used Fedora-Workstation-Live-42-20250215.n.0.x86_64.iso which contains anaconda 42.24-1.fc42

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Existing OS is present including an EFI System partition (ESP)
2. Choose "share disk with other operating system" option
3. Review and install page shows sda1 "format as efi" using the same verbiage as partitions that will be formatted, suggesting sda1 will be reformatted.
Actual Results:  
The language used in the review and install page is ambiguous.

The sda1 partition is not reformatted.

Expected Results:  
The language should be unambiguous, sda1 will not be reformatted.

The sda1 partition is not reformatted.

Just experienced this when installing f43. It makes Fedora look bad. Any sane user would give up trying install a dual boot system.

The UI seems to be so user friendly now that there is no way to control manually what partitions to create and format.
