ESP marked to be formatted

Description of problem:
During the same installation as in bug 2467673 (where I installed Fedora into dual-boot with Win11), I noticed that the pre-installation summary page claims that ESP partition will be formatted (see screenshot). I don't want that! That would erase Windows boot files!

I expected this to be a false alarm, so I proceeded with the installation. And yes, the ESP was NOT formatted, phew!

The summary page shouldn't claim that a partition is going to be formatted, when it's just being mounted and used instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. buy a new laptop with a default Win11 preinstalled
2. shrink the main Win11 partition (from Windows)
3. boot F44 Workstation and install it into dual-boot, using the default values
4. see the pre-installation summary page
