Which biber version? The currently latest one (biber-2.21)? texlive-biblatex and biber need to agree on biblatex control file version. Good question. Than - can you address what version of biber we would want in EPEL9 and EPEL10? EPEL9 includes TexLive-2020, so we need Biber-2.14. For EPEL10, we need Biber-2.20, since it includes TexLive-2024 This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
