Description of problem:
On Fedora 7/x86-64, installing fontconfig-devel.x86_64 and 
fontconfig-devel.i386 
(for compiling 32 bit applications) causes conflicts.

2.4.2-3.fc7

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 7/x86-64
2. Have fontconfig-devel.x86_64 installed
3. yum install fontconfig-devel.i386
  
Actual results:
Transaction Check Error:
  file /usr/share/doc/fontconfig-devel-2.4.2/fontconfig-devel.txt from install 
of fontconfig-devel-2.4.2-3.fc7 conflicts with file from package 
fontconfig-devel-2.4.2-3.fc7


Expected results:
The package should install to accommodate 64 and 32 bit development.

verified fixed with fontconfig/fontconfig-devel 2.5.0-2.fc9
