$ rpm -ql gnome-compiz-manager.i386 | grep /usr/share/applications
/usr/share/applications/fedora-gnome-compiz-preferences.desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-compiz-preferences.desktop

And I have two "GL Desktop" icons under System->Preferences->Look and Feel.
