Description of problem:
Power manager shows 0 or 0.1 W power consumption in the Power History graph. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 9 x86_64 and Power manager 2.22.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on Power manager and choose power history
2.Choose graph type = power history
3.
  
Actual results:
0 W or sometimes 0.1 W power consumption

Expected results:
20-50 W

Additional info:
HP pavilion tx1000 series with new battery.
