Please be more explicit: what's the exact version of the 2 packages? What are 
the exact conflicting files? The RPM error message tells you all of that, you 
just have to copy&paste it here.

And the reason I'm asking is that this conflicts should be fixed in the latest 
version of those packages. Make sure you're updating both kde-l10n-German and 
kde-i18n-German, not just one of them.
