Description Donald Cohen 2008-10-09 03:38:58 UTC
Description of problem:
I was pleasantly surprised to see firefox (didn't come with 10Alpha)
I tried to install various java console add-ons.
They seem to install but they don't appear in the tools menu where I expect to see them. Is there some other way to open them? Perhaps this is related to the fact that these consoles seem to come from Sun, whereas the java plugin that comes pre-installed does not?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox 3.0.2 (comes with fedora 10 beta)
gcj web browser blugin (using IcedTea 1.3) (this appears in about:plugins)
I've tried, from the add-on site, java console 6.0.02, 6.0.01, 6.0.00

Is there some other way to get a java console?
