'bt full' from nautilus-open-terminal-0.9-12 crash

Forgot to mention that I did some snooping earlier this morning and was finally able to reproduce on another machine. Backtrace with full symbols attached. There were numerous gvfs improvements made upstream, and with the new release you get shortcuts for "Open Remote in Terminal" (SSH) and "Open Local in Terminal" (gvfs fuse mount).

Comment 5 Bug Zapper 2009-06-09 14:46:26 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle.
Changing version to '11'.

Did anyone try the koji packages above? Results?

Comment 7 Tait Clarridge 2009-06-11 16:01:51 UTC
Hi Paul,

Yes I have, it works for me.

Both opening remote/local works just fine with SFTP. The only strange thing that happens is the window opens in one place, then jumps to another part of the screen. Not by any means a real problem, just an FYI.

Not sure how to edit comments here, but the strange behaviour that I mentioned doesn't happen when I do it from an SFTP connection, only when local (on my desktop/documents where it says "Open in Terminal").

Comment 9 Steve 2009-06-15 10:28:57 UTC
In my case, when i make a right-click to Desktop -> Open In Terminal, nautilus crashes.

nautilus-open-terminal-0.12-1.fc12.i586
nautilus-2.27.1-1.fc12.i586

Comment 11 Paul W. Frields 2009-07-13 23:25:11 UTC
Steve, that's a very different issue so it really doesn't belong in this bug. Conflating bugs makes them harder to solve. You might want to check bug #510685, which I believe is actually fixed now because the problem wasn't in nautilus-open-terminal.

Is anyone having this trouble still on Fedora 11, with current updates applied? I can no longer get this bug to reproduce.

Comment 12 Rahul Sundaram 2009-07-13 23:30:10 UTC
I can still see it

# rpm -q nautilus nautilus-open-terminal

nautilus-2.26.3-1.fc11.i586
nautilus-open-terminal-0.9-12.fc11.i586
