For the "Software Update", it's already fixed in Gnome 2.30 (so for F13) but I'll see if I can backport it to a 2.28.x version.
For "SELinux Management", it's a little more complicated : this string came with the .desktop file added in rpm package as an additional source, so it's completely out of the translation workflow. I think I will open a bug against policycoreutils.
