default timezone entry not translated.

Please explain clearly (without html!):

- what is the bug?
- why it is filed against fedora?

-it is translation released bug
- by mistake, corrected

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux major release.  Product Management has requested further
review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.

Need to test new installer/anaconda to confirm if the bug is still there.

these changes need to include in next build. Moving ON_QA->Assigned

this issue is fixed with latest anaconda (comment #22 by Language translator)
