This is probably not important, but just FYI ...

Since shutdown/reboot has failed, If I forcibly terminate my hung telnet client, then on the console that shows "waiting for telnet connection" I see the following message.

Discussed at today's blocker bug meeting. Agreed this is not a blocker, it meets none of the criteria. Probably mistakenly marked as a blocker as it was cloned from a blocker bug.
