RHEL 6 requires PAE support for 32-bit x86 chips. Technical note added. If any revisions are required, please edit the "Technical Notes" field accordingly. All revisions will be proofread by the Engineering Content Services team. New Contents: The minimum hardware requirement to run Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a 32-bit x86 CPU with PAE support. And where in the Release Notes should I have found this information? I've added the bits to this bug for the documentation group to pick that change up for future beta version of the release notes. *** Bug 593209 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
