Proposed patch common for #634212 (F12), #634188 (F13), #634210 (F14) (and also for RHEL6, #634126)
This should be fixed in the upstream: http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=luci.git;a=commit;h=bae8f42cb56d2e01e1d55f8f954cef4e7c3401b6 This message is a reminder that Fedora 12 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 30 (thirty) days from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 12. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '12'.
