Now it starts occurring very often.

When the crash happens, several config was corrupted after next login.

By now, my Pidgin, Skype, Firefox config was lost due to this crash.

I think it's something related to the iso image I have mounted, but I was in the terminal searching something with yum, so I cannot reproduce the steps...
