Description Christopher Beland 2010-12-25 20:33:54 UTC
abrt version: 1.1.14
architecture: x86_64
Attached file: backtrace
cmdline: grip
component: grip
crash_function: IA__gtk_tree_model_get_valist
executable: /usr/bin/grip
kernel: 2.6.35.10-74.fc14.x86_64
package: grip-1:3.2.0-29.fc13
rating: 4
reason: Process /usr/bin/grip was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin)
time: 1293308957
uid: 500

How to reproduce
-----
1. Run grip from the Gnome menu.
2. Insert CD: Cherry Poppin' Saddies - Rapid City Muscle Car
3. From Rip tab, select Rip+Encode
4. OK ripping and encoding of entire CD

Crash occurs reliably with this CD. This copy of Fedora is an upgrade from Fedora 12 to Fedora 14, and the grip configuration was customized before the upgrade.

Comment 2 Christopher Beland 2010-12-25 20:36:29 UTC
This crash does not occur if I select all of the tracks and then click on Rip+Encode.

Comment 3 Adrian Reber 2011-01-11 10:31:08 UTC
Does it also crash if you only click on Rip (without encode)?

Comment 4 Adrian Reber 2011-01-11 11:09:11 UTC
Can you please try this version:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2714508

I included two debug printouts, hoping they will help to track down the bug.
