Description of problem:

Libvirt currently issues an IPv6 address, but no IPv6 DNS address or domain search list in the autoconfigure details. 

Additionally if there is no IPv4 address specified then dnsmasq should still be brought up in 'DNS-only' mode listening to the IPv6 address.

No IPv6 DNS address in /etc/resolv.conf or domain search list


Expected results:

Libvirt should check RADVD version and add stanzas for RDNSS and DNS search list if the version is sufficiently high enough.

IMO NetworkManager doesn't support DNSSL (worth filing a RFE and linking here). And there are bugs that break networking with RDNSS, namely bug 753482 and bug 808203.

New information:

NetworkManager doesn't even recieve DNSSL from kernel: bug 824121

There's a few bits in here, some are fixed I believe. Duping to a more general bug for the unresolved issues
